- Preparing quotations and technical evaluation
- Communication and customer relationship management
- Pre-contractual processes and NDA obligations
- Fulfilling legal obligations

4. Legal Bases
Data is processed under KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) contract performance, (f) legitimate interest, (a) explicit consent (newsletter, analytics cookies) and (ç) legal obligation.
5. Transfers
Your data may be shared only with service providers required for quotation/contract processes (email infrastructure, hosting) and with authorities when legally required. Cross-border transfers comply with KVKK Art. 9.
6. Retention Period
Quotation and project records are retained for up to 10 years under commercial and legal obligations; thereafter deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
