Certificates & scope

EN 1090-2 EXC3 (structural steel), EN ISO 3834-2 (welding quality), ISO 9001:2015 (quality), ISO 14001:2015 (environment), ISO 45001:2018 (occupational health & safety). WPQR-based WPS library; welders EN ISO 9606-1/2. NDT staff EN ISO 9712 Level 2.

Material groups

S235–S960QL, Strenx/HARDOX wear steels, S700MC, 304/316L stainless and selected aluminium alloys — approved WPS and heat control per group.

Processes

MIG/MAG, TIG, SMAW; CNC plasma/laser/guillotine cutting; press-brake bending; mechanical assembly. VT, PT, MT, UT on critical welds; RT via partner lab.

Quote & delivery

Written quote within 48 hours on average after drawing review: material, WPS summary, NDT plan and lead time. NDA standard; export shipping coordination available.
