ArmaWeld runs welded fabrication and NDT at our Konya production site; cutting, bending and assembly steps are coordinated within the project plan. Our team applies welding engineering experience from OEM and process plants with a focus on process, documentation and traceability.
ArmaWeld is a metalworking facility founded by welding and mechanical engineers. We review your drawing together at quotation stage, produce to approved WPS and maintain full traceability from raw material to shipment. We deliver not just steel — but a documented engineering output you can rely on in the field.
We aim to be the manufacturer people say "if it came from ArmaWeld, the dossier is complete." Serving customers from Europe to the Middle East under EN 1090, ISO 3834 and industry standards — with the same discipline every time — is what defines our future.
Metalworking is a science driven by mathematics and physics, even if invisible to the eye. The strength of a weld emerges where the right current, the right gas, the right preheat and the right hand all meet.
Many workshops deliver only the product. We deliver the product itself, its production history and its quality records all at once.
Because we believe in one thing: the only guarantee that a critical part will operate safely in the field tomorrow is the documentation we leave behind today.

Welding quality management is daily routine — not a special project mode.
Production control, traceability and CE dossier from one data chain.
VT, PT, MT, UT — Level 2 staff; RT via partner when required.
Material and procedure choices written in the quote — not verbal promises.
TEAM — MULTI-DISCIPLINE
Behind ArmaWeld stands a team of mechanical engineers mastering quality management and production processes, internationally qualified welding engineers and EN ISO 9712 certified NDT specialists. Each discipline has deepened in its own lane; working together they document every part from raw material to delivery report.
IWE / IWT trained engineers manage every step of the EN ISO 3834-2 quality system — WPS development, WPQR approval and welder qualification matrices. Every weld bears an engineer's signature.
Our mechanical engineers with years of production-line experience are responsible for mechanical design, FEA and production planning. They build the manufacturing backbone from DWG to finished product.
Our Level 2 certified inspection staff prepare the inspection plan and approve reports for every job. Acceptance criteria are based on EN ISO 5817 Class B; no weld leaves the floor without a record.
PRNC — 001 / 004
Every part's raw material, welder, WPS and NDT record are linked. We don't produce parts without serial numbers.
Every work order goes through engineer approval. Where problems arise, our engineers who can put on the welding mask and stand at the arc make the decision.
Uncertified welder, unapproved WPS, unreported NDT — unacceptable to us. Paper is as serious as steel.
Non-conformance is not irresponsibility — it's a learning opportunity. With our CAPA system, every non-conformance is closed with root cause analysis.
FAC — LAYOUT.01
Our workshop is built around a planned flow from material receipt to shipping. Welding and inspection run in-house; cutting and bending are coordinated within the project plan — every part progresses with traceability aligned to project requirements.
