Production processes audited by international standards, certified personnel and a fully traceable record system.

STD — 001 / 008
The fundamental quality framework for welded fabrication. Covers welding engineer oversight, WPS, WPQR, welder certification, inspection plan and full traceability.
Factory Production Control (FPC) required for load-bearing steel fabrication. EXC3 covers structures with high consequence of failure.
Our core management framework based on process management, customer focus, risk-based thinking and continual improvement.
Waste management, energy and resource efficiency, environmental impact control. All waste from cutting, welding and surface treatment is recorded and disposed of through licensed channels.
Risk assessment, work permit systems, PPE management and site audits. Welding fume exposure, confined spaces and work at height are managed by procedure.
15614-1 — Arc welding WPQR for steel, nickel and nickel alloys. Approved procedures for every material group from S235 to Strenx 1100, including P-group pressure vessel steels.
15614-2 — Arc welding WPQR for aluminium and aluminium alloys. Full-penetration butt welds in EN AW-5754 (AlMg3) and EN AW-6082 (AlSi1MgMn) using TIG (141).
9606-1 — Welder qualification for steel and stainless steel. Separate authorisations by process (MAG 135, TIG 141, MMA 111), material group, position and thickness. Reviewed every 6 months, renewed every 2 years.
9606-2 — TIG (141) welder qualification for aluminium alloys. Valid for FM21 (Al-Mg) and FM22 (Al-Si-Mg) groups in PA · PB · PF positions.
International qualification standard for personnel performing, interpreting and reporting NDT inspections.
TRC.CHAIN — 7 LINKS
Traceability is lost the moment any of the following seven links is missing. In our system, no link can begin work without the record of the previous one.
DOC.SIM — INTERACTIVE
From the tabs in the left menu, you can review sample documents from the document package we deliver with you. All of these are sent to you as a digital file with each work order.
