We build the frames, bases and housings that carry your machine, to your drawings. With consistent dimensions, controlled distortion and documented welding, every frame in a series matches the one before.
Medium and heavy load-bearing structures in welded sections and plate, from a single prototype to annual series.
Load-bearing main frames for agricultural, food, packaging, recycling and construction machinery; welded section and plate construction.
Bases for motors, gearboxes, pumps and compressors; vibration-resistant welded housings in heavy plate.
Frames for belt conveyors, screw conveyors and bucket elevators; long, modular frames that bolt together.
Trommel screens, vibrating screens and crusher bodies; structures with wear plates and HARDOX reinforcement.
Machine guarding, cab frames, panel carriers and maintenance platforms.
Transportable skid frames with lifting lugs for generator, pump and process modules.
A frame exists to hold the rest of the machine in the right place. Dimensions, flatness and records matter as much as the weld itself.
| Topic | How we deliver it |
|---|---|
| Dimensions and tolerance | Built to the EN ISO 13920 tolerance class; dimensional report for critical features |
| Distortion control | Tacking plan, fixtures and a balanced weld sequence; straightening where needed |
| Machining allowance | Sufficient stock on machined faces; machining at a partner facility, coordinated by ArmaWeld |
| Weld quality | EN ISO 5817 level B or C; VT, PT, MT and UT in-house |
| Material | S235–S355, S690QL, HARDOX; EN 10204 3.1 certificates |
| Surface | Blasting and painting per project, coordinated by ArmaWeld |
Our welding engineer checks weld access, joint preparation and distortion risk, and suggests small changes that lower cost. The final decision is always yours.
The first frame is built in a fixture and submitted for approval with a dimensional report and NDT results.
With an approved fixture and WPS, every frame comes out to the same dimensions. Serial numbers and records are visible in the customer portal.
Raw, blasted or painted, ready for assembly and shipped with the documentation package.
The class on your drawing. If none is given, we agree a suitable EN ISO 13920 general tolerance class with you; critical dimensions are recorded in the dimensional report.
We do not machine in-house. We leave machining allowance on the faces to be machined after welding and have them machined at partner facilities, coordinated by ArmaWeld within the same order.
With a tacking plan, fixtures, a balanced weld sequence and controlled heat input. Straightening is done where needed, and critical dimensions are measured after welding. More in our article on weld distortion.
Yes. We build single prototypes and pre-series; for series quantities the fixture cost is quoted separately.
Yes, with an English documentation package and on EXW Konya or DAP terms. Details on our export to Europe page.
