Subcontract Welding · Build to Print · Overflow Capacity

Send us your drawing,
we build your welded part

You have your own product, but your welding capacity is full, your supplier keeps slipping or you do not want to invest in another workshop. ArmaWeld, a welding subcontractor in Konya, Turkey, builds welded parts and steel fabrications to your drawings under EN 1090 EXC3 and EN ISO 3834-2, and manages cutting and bending at partner facilities on your behalf.

Built to Your Drawings EN 1090 EXC3 · ISO 3834-2 Quote in 48 Hours NDA as Standard

When do companies outsource welded fabrication?

Most enquiries we receive look like one of the situations below. Whichever is closest to yours, we set up the way we work around it.

Capacity

Your welding line is full

Orders are up, but you are short of welders and equipment. Hand us the parts that keep causing bottlenecks and hold your delivery dates without new investment; when the peak is over, the work stays with you.

Second source

You need a second supplier

Depending on a single supplier is a risk. To source the same part from a second supplier to the same drawing and acceptance criteria, we start with a first article inspection, and you can compare price and lead time with your current supplier.

No capex

Your product, our welded frame

You build machines, equipment or vehicle bodies but do not want to weld the frames and housings yourself. We build them and deliver with full documentation, so you can focus on assembly and sales.

EN 1090

Your project requires certification

Your customer or export project requires EN 1090 CE marking, EN ISO 3834-2 or qualified welders. We carry out the certified production and deliver with the Declaration of Performance, WPS and NDT reports.

S690 · S960

Difficult steels, thick plate

S690QL, S960QL, Strenx and HARDOX need controlled preheat and heat input. We weld them to our qualified WPQRs, with temperature records.

35 m

Long parts, long seams

We weld the longitudinal seams of booms, girders and chassis on our 35 m submerged arc welding line in a single set-up with constant parameters.

Questions buyers ask before outsourcing

Is there a minimum order quantity for subcontract welding?

There is no fixed minimum. We also build prototypes, samples and small batches; as quantities grow, fixture and set-up costs per part go down. We agree the right batch size with you at the quoting stage.

Do you offer welding labour only, or parts including material?

Both. We can source the material and document it with EN 10204 3.1 certificates, or you send us cut parts and we take care of welding, inspection and the documentation package.

Can you build a part currently made by my existing supplier, to the same quality?

We start from the same drawing, material and acceptance criteria and submit the first article with a dimensional report and NDT results for your approval. Series production starts once you approve.

How fast do we get a quote?

Within 48 hours of receiving drawings and quantities. On complex projects we first send our technical questions.

How are my drawings kept confidential?

An NDA is signed for every project. Drawings are used only for your order; partner facilities receive only the information needed for their operation.

Can I order from outside Turkey?

Yes. We work with customers across Europe with English quotes and documentation, on EXW Konya or DAP terms. Details on our export to Europe page.
