Send your drawings (DWG/DXF/STEP/PDF) by e-mail or through the portal. A welding engineer defines material, WPS and NDT plan; the quote reaches you in English within 48 hours.
The NDA is signed; if required, a sample or first article is submitted with its dimensional report and NDT. Series production starts after your approval.
Every work order opens with a serial number; material, WPS, welder and NDT records flow into the portal during production. Any delay risk is visible weeks ahead, not on shipping day.
The CE DoP and document file are ready in the portal before dispatch; export paperwork is prepared by ArmaWeld. Loading in Konya for EXW, delivery at your address for DAP.

Yes. Members produced under factory production control (FPC) certified by a notified body under EN 1090-1 can be placed on the EU market with a Declaration of Performance (DoP) and CE marking. ArmaWeld's FPC certificate is valid up to EXC3.
Quotation, contract, WPS/WPQR, material certificates, NDT and dimensional reports and the CE Declaration of Performance are issued in English. The customer portal has an English interface.
Quotes are prepared with EXW Konya and DAP (your delivery address) options. Sea shipments are planned via the port of Mersin; export paperwork is prepared by ArmaWeld.

Yes. Samples, prototypes and small batches are possible; any minimum quantity is set at the quotation stage according to project requirements. Technical agreement is reached first and series production follows first article approval.
